Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required at the time of order.
- 30% of payment before the installation date.
- The remaining balance to be paid on completion of the job.
If the payment terms are not met, the goods will not be sent to you.
Cancellation Terms
If you ask to cancel we will consider agreeing within 7 days. After 7 days we will incur the following costs:
- If we have manufactured the goods for your specific needs, we will charge 25% of the contract price.
- If we have started installation, we will charge 70% of the contract price.
- If your job is completed, we will charge 100% of the contract price.
As the goods are made to your specification, you have no right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
